Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements performance-based learning strategies and initiatives
  • Utilizes data analytics to enhance learning experiences and training programs
  • Provides leadership and coaching to the training team and collaborates with Subject Matter Experts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • 1 year of experience in curriculum and course development
  • Experience with ADDIE instructional design principles
  • Experience with adult learning theory
