Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements performance-based learning strategies and initiatives
- Utilizes data analytics to enhance learning experiences and training programs
- Provides leadership and coaching to the training team and collaborates with Subject Matter Experts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- 1 year of experience in curriculum and course development
- Experience with ADDIE instructional design principles
- Experience with adult learning theory
