Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Course Developer & Lead LMS Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning and certification programs on technical topics
• Manage the LMS, ensuring scalability and optimizing the learner experience
• Coordinate webinars and workshops to support customer and internal enablement programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, course development, and LMS administration
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, Databricks, or AI-related platforms
• Strong LMS administration skills, including user management and compliance
• Familiarity with programming concepts (Python, SQL, or JavaScript)
