Senior Program Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Coach to connect with, support, and guide families through the program experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers, ensuring a positive learning experience
• Communicate effectively to tailor coaching strategies based on diverse cultural backgrounds and learning goals
• Participate in team events and contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and innovation

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in education, family studies, social work, psychology, sociology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in early education, social work, or a similar field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Program Coach with a consistent Quality Evaluation score of 90% or above
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse families and understand different cultural perspectives
• Strong emotional intelligence and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
