Product Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Trainer who will deliver training to Global Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct global training classes, both virtual and onsite, across multiple time zones
• Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team to develop and maintain training materials and certification tests
• Support partners through follow-up and additional one-on-one assistance as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a technical trainer
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
• Experience with Enterprise-level Cloud applications
• Ability to articulate use cases and applications of technology in various industries
• Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and adaptability in a changing environment
