Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a learning strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce needs
- Design and deliver leadership development programs across all levels
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise learning programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience in designing enterprise learning strategies and leadership programs
- Strong facilitation, instructional design, and vendor management capabilities
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR, Education, or Organizational Psychology preferred
