A company is looking for a Learning Consultant - US Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized onboarding experiences for experienced agents during their first 90 days
- Serve as a strategic partner to Regional Presidents and RVPs by sharing trends and insights from the field
- Collaborate with other learning teams to maintain consistency of messaging and onboarding experience across brands
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in coaching or training roles, particularly in onboarding or agent support
- Strong understanding of real estate industry practices and tools
- Ability to facilitate group sessions and one-on-one coaching
- Experience in collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of improving agent retention and productivity
