Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Consultant - US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized onboarding experiences for experienced agents during their first 90 days
• Serve as a strategic partner to Regional Presidents and RVPs by sharing trends and insights from the field
• Collaborate with other learning teams to maintain consistency of messaging and onboarding experience across brands

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in coaching or training roles, particularly in onboarding or agent support
• Strong understanding of real estate industry practices and tools
• Ability to facilitate group sessions and one-on-one coaching
• Experience in collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of improving agent retention and productivity
