Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to develop strategic training solutions through engaging eLearning and instructor-led courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructor-led and eLearning training materials
• Integrate multimedia elements into learning solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scope and plan training solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Gagne, etc.)
• Expert proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond
• Strong experience with LMS and CMS platforms
• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in instructional design
