Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed recruitment goals while providing excellent customer service
- Prospect and follow up with prospective students using various communication methods
- Utilize Salesforce to manage student interactions and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or admissions
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Minimum 2 years of inside phone sales experience in a high-volume environment
