Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop, maintain, and improve training and enablement content for customers, partners, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, deliver, and maintain engaging on-demand and instructor-led training content
• Manage certification programs and develop role-based learning paths
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and manage updates to educational content

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of enablement experience in a high-growth enterprise software or technology company
• Experience developing training for diverse audiences, including customers and employees
• Track record of designing and executing product enablement and certification programs
• Previous experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with LMS systems, preferably Skilljar
