A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop, maintain, and improve training and enablement content for customers, partners, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, deliver, and maintain engaging on-demand and instructor-led training content
- Manage certification programs and develop role-based learning paths
- Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and manage updates to educational content
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of enablement experience in a high-growth enterprise software or technology company
- Experience developing training for diverse audiences, including customers and employees
- Track record of designing and executing product enablement and certification programs
- Previous experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with LMS systems, preferably Skilljar
