Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Lead Post-Secondary Counselor to support students in their college and career readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 virtual counseling and support for students exploring post-secondary options
• Manage annual PSC consultations and outreach for families, tracking outcomes in Salesforce
• Coordinate college and career events, maintaining a calendar of opportunities for district campuses

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Post Secondary Counseling or related fields
• Advanced Degree in School Counseling, Educational Psychology, or a related field
• License in Professional School Counseling and/or College Counseling Certificate
• Comprehensive knowledge of the college admissions process and alternative post-secondary options
• Passion for supporting adolescents, with experience in working with neurodivergent students preferred
