Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Connection Specialist to manage client payroll integrations and ensure accurate data flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating technical integrations with over 100 payroll providers
  • Analyze payroll data for accuracy and troubleshoot technical issues impacting data flow
  • Draft procedures for payroll information flow and identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving roles
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with retirement plans or payroll providers and understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage projects
  • Proficient in PC skills, including G-Suite products
