Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating technical integrations with over 100 payroll providers
- Analyze payroll data for accuracy and troubleshoot technical issues impacting data flow
- Draft procedures for payroll information flow and identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving roles
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with retirement plans or payroll providers and understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage projects
- Proficient in PC skills, including G-Suite products
