Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for employees across multiple states using Paylocity
• Audit payroll transactions for accuracy and equitable compensation
• Prepare and file payroll tax documents in compliance with applicable laws

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and oversight
• Proficiency with multi-state payroll and tax compliance requirements
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems; experience with Paylocity preferred
• Experience handling garnishments, payroll tax filings, and benefits reconciliation
• Proficiency in Excel and data reconciliation across multiple systems
