Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve escalated billing cases, including errors and disputes
• Perform root-cause analysis on multi-system issues and coordinate corrective actions
• Act as a liaison between various departments to clarify issues and expedite resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in medical billing, health benefits, or escalation management
• Proven ability to handle complex billing escalations
• Deep understanding of claims lifecycle and insurance adjudication
• Familiarity with billing systems and issue tracking tools
