Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and lead a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency in financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle management and monthly financial close
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit work as an auditor in a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and strong QuickBooks Online experience required
• Proven track record of managing accounting processes and technology improvements
