Kansas Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to perform accounting functions in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and posting of month-end journal entries
• Preparation and review of account reconciliations and monthly closing binders
• Support for budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis, while identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• BS in Accounting; Master's degree preferred
• CPA firm experience, including SEC reporting clients preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and revenue recognition standards
• Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office products required
