A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative - Professional Billing - Remote - FTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and resolve patient account concerns through incoming calls
• Review claims, handle correspondence, and ensure service excellence for patients and families
• Initiate billing processes, manage transactions, and conduct self-pay collections

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or two years of college-level coursework
• Three or more years of job-related experience in a hospital or clinic environment focused on patient finance
