Commercial Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls
• Negotiate payment in full or secure payment arrangements
• Coordinate resolution of disputed invoices and escalate high-risk accounts as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
• Basic math and writing skills required
• Dependability and strong work ethics are essential
