CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and analysis for complex technical accounting topics, including revenue recognition and leases
• Conduct research on technical accounting matters and draft memos and presentations with conclusions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and develop accounting policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a CPA license required
• 9+ years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate technical accounting functions
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting matters
• Experience collaborating across departments as a subject matter expert on technical accounting topics
• Hands-on experience with financial systems and advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Suite tools preferred
