Unclaimed Property Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Unclaimed Property Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and research outstanding checks and existing balances in accordance with guidelines
• Serve as the first point of contact for escrow branches/customers to resolve service calls and queries
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate issues to management as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of related experience
• Working knowledge of fundamental concepts and practices in the field
• Familiarity with FAST and Trustlink is strongly recommended
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
