Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to contribute to building a high-performing accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own critical components of the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USGAAP
• Assist with sales order reviews, customer invoicing, and billing discrepancies for accurate revenue recognition
• Support internal procurement and accounts payable processes, including vendor invoice processing and payment requests

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech companies
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of USGAAP and revenue recognition; proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to identify discrepancies, analyze trends, and make process recommendations
• Proactive and accountable, able to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
