Key Responsibilities
- Provide front line support for the Patient Connection Center
- Review orders for outpatient services and specialized procedures for completeness
- Verify patient insurance, confirm benefits, and determine authorization requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of experience in Revenue Cycle or related clerical accounting/finance
- One year of experience specifically within Healthcare Revenue Cycle
- Four years of related healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred
- Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
