Key Responsibilities

• Oversee higher risk accounting balances and policies, including software capitalization and stock compensation
• Conduct financial analysis to assess business performance and provide actionable insights for leadership
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closes, manage key balance sheet accounts, and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Expertise in GAAP accounting
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
