Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial reporting accuracy for assigned clients
- Prepare and finalize month-end close and review balance sheets for accuracy
- Coordinate project tasks to ensure efficient client workflow and assist in developing best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, focusing on financial reporting and general ledger management
- Experience with nonprofit federal grant processing and reporting required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
