Pediatric Profee Coder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Profee Coder - Pediatric on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient E/M coding with a focus on pediatric specialties
• Maintain a coding quality of 95% or higher
• Utilize EPIC for charge review and coding in a teaching facility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of inpatient E/M coding experience, specifically in pediatrics
• Certification from AAPC CPC or AHIMA CCS, RHIT, or RHIA
• Experience coding Shared/Split visits and in POS 21 and 22
• Familiarity with technology, including MS Office and Teams
• Must pass a pro-fee coding assessment
