Peer Reviewer (MD/DO)

Job Summary

A company is looking for Peer Reviewers (MDs/DOs/DDS).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive peer reviews of selected episodes of care in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Access electronic health information and make clinical judgments based on experience and evidence-based standards
• Document all review information as instructed

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified in the relevant specialty and subspecialty
• Active practice in the specialty for at least 20 hours per month
• Experience seeing patients in the area of Board certification within the last 3 years
• Current, verifiable credentials
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the clinical area
