Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industrial Engineering Senior Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops in-depth ideas and materials for technical matters for non-technical decision makers
• Gathers functional Area of Responsibility (AOR) requirements and translates them into technical requirements
• Identifies and manages enterprise-wide product and process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce expenses

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience in project management and leading industrial engineering projects
• Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies
• Ability to integrate external research and best practices into business strategies
• Experience with process/task mining and mapping techniques
