Job Summary
A company is looking for an EPIC Willow Pharmacist to join an established hospital system in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinical software initiatives, including Epic Willow builds and configuration for medication records, ordersets, and protocols
- Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical teams to validate system builds and ensure alignment with clinical workflows
- Provide on-call support and troubleshoot Epic Willow-related issues in coordination with IT and clinical staff
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacist with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience with clinical applications or direct Epic build, implementation, and support
- At least 5 years as a hospital pharmacist in a large hospital/IDN or completion of a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics residency
- Must have EPIC Certification in Willow Inpatient and Beacon
- Strong analytical skills to assess clinical/business problems and develop effective solutions
