Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to manage software implementation projects and support large-scale implementations of AP Automation and Payment Applications for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation projects for new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate requirements gathering, site configuration, testing, training, and deployment support, while managing project timelines and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, manage configuration tasks, and ensure quality standards are met during the implementation process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a software implementation or support role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Knowledge of basic project management tools and MS Office applications
• Basic understanding of relational databases
• Experience with a SaaS and/or accounting consulting company preferred (not required)
