Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives to support departmental quality and education programs
- Conduct audits and analyze trends to ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinical best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (Required)
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania (Required)
- Experience in quality improvement and data analysis (Preferred)
