Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly audits of utilization management and appeals processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Prepare and present audit results to leadership, addressing compliance issues and adherence to procedures
- Collaborate with operational leaders to identify training needs and improve performance through updated documentation
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
- Minimum of 2 years of utilization management experience
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and their operationalization
- Experience working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
