A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Quality Assurance Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly audits of utilization management and appeals processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Prepare and present audit results to leadership, addressing compliance issues and adherence to procedures
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify training needs and improve performance through updated documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years of utilization management experience
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and their operationalization
• Experience working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
