Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Analyst to perform analysis and monitoring of business processes and member outcomes data sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and statistical analysis of performance data, including HEDIS measures and service utilization
- Develop HEDIS measures and quality report extraction specifications
- Create and update reports for NCQA accreditation and Health Plan deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Social Work, Biostatistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in performance and statistical analysis or quality improvement
- Preferred experience in public sector managed care or managed behavioral health care
- Experience with standard statistics software is preferred
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is preferred
