Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, or product support
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects with technical and business teams
• Comfortable managing execution in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
• Experience with AI tools, automation systems, or conversational data is a strong asset
• Experience working directly with data or tooling for performance or process improvements
