Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant II, Quality HRSD.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality evaluations of employee interactions and case handling using defined criteria
• Provide constructive feedback to leaders and identify trends in quality performance and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with HRSD team members to support quality assurance processes and contribute to training and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with quality management and performance evaluation
• Familiarity with human capital management systems and HR information platforms
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
