Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality evaluations of employee interactions and case handling using defined criteria
- Provide constructive feedback to leaders and identify trends in quality performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with HRSD team members to support quality assurance processes and contribute to training and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with quality management and performance evaluation
- Familiarity with human capital management systems and HR information platforms
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
