Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of healthcare, health IT, and payer reimbursement models
- 5+ years of professional experience in training, project management, and customer service
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare practice setting preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
