Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Coaching, Quality Performance Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer engagement strategies, knowledge management, and communication for quality programs
  • Provide direct support and expertise to customer success teams and manage escalations
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in value-based care programs and collaborate across teams


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong understanding of healthcare, health IT, and payer reimbursement models
  • 5+ years of professional experience in training, project management, and customer service
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare practice setting preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
