Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new audit concepts and gain client acceptance
• Collaborate to develop new tools and processes for audit efficiency
• Oversee quality control of auditor claims and prepare responses to client disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years of direct audit experience or 4 years of related experience in healthcare billing or analytics
• Experience with Datameer and SQL preferred, along with Medicaid knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases
• Ability to mentor staff and enhance auditor performance
• Prior healthcare billing and/or claims experience desired
