Key Responsibilities:

- Review entry points into the platform to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Assess the performance and tone of AI-driven interactions for clarity, empathy, and helpfulness
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in QA UX auditing, digital operations, or similar
- Familiarity with web and app-based platforms
- Understanding of AI-driven support tools and virtual assistants
- Experience with QA tracking tools is preferred
- Background in user experience (UX), product testing, or content auditing is a plus
