Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist - Clinical Strategic Sourcing/Direct - Clinical Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complex sourcing initiatives and manage project milestones in collaboration with Supply Chain Services teams
• Analyze customer requirements and facilitate the development of category strategies for assigned sourcing areas
• Develop technical and market expertise in assigned categories and perform market/supplier analysis to support sourcing decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Healthcare, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of experience in contract negotiation, sourcing strategy development, or project management within supply chain
• Moderate experience with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of healthcare industry market trends
• Experience with ERP systems, e-Procurement, and sourcing tools
• Ability to identify and implement sourcing objectives that align with organizational strategies
