Job Summary
A company is looking for a Professional Services Category Manager to join their Procurement & Sourcing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for professional services aligned with business needs and goals
- Lead the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) processes
- Manage contract review, redlining, and negotiation in collaboration with Legal and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement with a focus on professional services
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, RFP management, and supplier management
- Experience with MSP/VMS programs for contingent labor strongly preferred
- Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., Oracle) and vendor management systems (VMS)
