Professional Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Category Manager to join their Procurement & Sourcing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for professional services aligned with business needs and goals
• Lead the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) processes
• Manage contract review, redlining, and negotiation in collaboration with Legal and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement with a focus on professional services
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, RFP management, and supplier management
• Experience with MSP/VMS programs for contingent labor strongly preferred
• Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., Oracle) and vendor management systems (VMS)
