Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Contract Manager on a part-time contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate procurement-related contracts for goods, services, and consulting
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance of contracts with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
Qualifications
- J.D. or LLM from an accredited institution strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or vendor contracting
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Availability to work onsite 1-2 days per week in Seattle preferred; remote may be considered
