Key Responsibilities

• Forecast, measure, and validate performance payments for external client partnerships
• Manage financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results
• Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement while ensuring compliance with contractual terms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, operations, or financial modeling
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proven ability to thrive in a subjective environment
• Experience in revenue cycle operations is preferred
