- Lead customer communications that support key lifecycle moments and ensure alignment with Customer Success and Product teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience focused on lifecycle, retention, or performance marketing programs
- Proven success in executing marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes
- Strong campaign execution skills with the ability to manage programs independently
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
- Proficiency with Salesforce; experience with HubSpot, ChurnZero, and 6Sense preferred
