A company is looking for a CX Content & Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review operational email communications and manage incoming service communication requests
- Create targeted audience lists and develop customer email cadences to enhance engagement
- Update communication playbooks and analyze performance metrics to optimize communication effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content creation or communication, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Ability to understand customer expectations and their lifecycle
- Experience with form creation and survey tools (Typeform) and proficiency in Hubspot for email marketing
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker) and project management tools (Asana, Notion, Slack) is a plus
