Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize high-volume paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
- Collaborate with the creative team to test and optimize high-converting creative strategies
- Utilize analytics tools to drive optimization decisions and identify performance trends
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta ads at scale, preferably in a DTC or eCommerce setting
- Fluency in full-funnel media buying and campaign structure
- Experience collaborating with creative teams for high-volume testing
- Proficiency in attribution and analysis using tools like Triple Whale and GA4
- Self-motivated and resourceful, thriving in fast-paced environments
