Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics; ability to analyze data sets independently
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
