Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage performance testing activities across projects, defining strategies and frameworks
• Design and develop performance test scripts, execute various types of performance tests, and monitor system performance
• Analyze test results, identify performance issues, and generate detailed reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance testing with expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and frameworks
• Experience in integrating performance testing tools with CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to mentor and guide junior testers in performance testing techniques
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams
