Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate quality of work against timeliness, accuracy, and productivity standards
• Input builder draw requests into spreadsheets and track inspection orders to ensure timely receipt
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards and provide high customer service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically one to two years of relevant experience, preferably in quality analysis
• Experience with construction/new build administration work is preferred
• Good knowledge of productivity and accuracy standards in the assigned area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer navigation skills
