We believe in rewarding results, not just activity. Our compensation model is simple, transparent, and . You earn a percentage of all booked revenue (net of ad costs) from the clients you bring in.
• Year 1 Commission: You receive 20% of all first-year revenue from clients generated by your marketing efforts.
• Year 2 Commission: You receive 15% of all revenue from those same clients who continue into a second year.

• You run a campaign that generates 3 new clients with a $15,000 engagement fee per client, or $45,000.
• The organic marketing and ad spend to acquire these clients was $600.
• Your Year 1 commission on these 3 clients is 20% of ($45,000 – $600), which is $44,400.
• If 2 of these clients sign new $15,000 engagements in Year 2, your commission is 15% of $30,000, which is $4,500.
• Your total commission for this activity set (alone) is $44,400 + $4,500 = $48,900. And then…
• …We should expect 25+ new clients in the first year of this contract-to-hire partnership.

For a Growth Partner who can build a reliable system to fill this pipeline, this translates directly to a six-figure earning potential, with no cap. Your income is tied directly to the value you create.

You will be the architect and operator of our lead generation engine. Your primary missions are to:
• Immediately activate and monetize our warm, existing network of 8,500+ LinkedIn contacts using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for targeted B2B and B2C outreach.
• Strategically manage and leverage our library of thought leadership YouTube assets, turning them into powerful lead magnets and conversion tools.
• Engage senior executives (VPs, C-Suite) at top-tier organizations through sophisticated B2B relationship marketing.
• Attract high-achieving individual leaders for coaching/advisory services using targeted B2C paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram) funnels.

The initial goal for this contingency-based assignment is to secure 3 new full-pay ($15,000) clients within the first 75 days. Achieving this milestone demonstrates your capability in the partnership and solidifies the path toward a permanent role.

• : You see our library of YouTube thought leadership videos not just as content, but as powerful fuel for your lead generation funnels.
• : You are fluent in the Meta Ads platform, able to build and optimize entire funnels (Ad > Landing Page > Nurture Sequence) that deliver a positive ROAS.
