Job Summary

A company is looking for a Formulary Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of formulary systems and utilization management programs
• Oversee formulary configurations and provide client support for customization requests
• Conduct clinical and financial analysis to inform formulary strategy and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing
• 2-3 years of formulary management experience within a health plan or pharmacy benefit management organization
• Comprehensive understanding of specialty medication management strategies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
