Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Quality Coordinator to support pharmacy quality programs and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pharmacy quality initiatives to promote medication adherence and patient safety
- Assist with daily operational tasks, including reviewing claim rejection reports and resolving pharmacy benefit issues
- Coordinate communications with providers to ensure timely access to medications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
- Minimum of two years in a professional environment, with at least two years of pharmacy-related experience
- Customer service experience preferred, particularly within managed care or Medicare/Medicaid settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
