Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Quality Coordinator to support pharmacy quality programs and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pharmacy quality initiatives to promote medication adherence and patient safety
  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including reviewing claim rejection reports and resolving pharmacy benefit issues
  • Coordinate communications with providers to ensure timely access to medications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years in a professional environment, with at least two years of pharmacy-related experience
  • Customer service experience preferred, particularly within managed care or Medicare/Medicaid settings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
