RCM Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Specialist, Operational Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to auditors, including invoices and eligibility documentation
• Assist in developing workflows and remediation plans for RCM markets
• Document QA reviews and produce reports as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• One to two years of experience in revenue cycle management or billing in healthcare
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies
